Metal Roof Sheets Vs Concrete Tiles

Concrete tiles leave a great look on the roofs of houses in Cape Town and are very robust and durable. Concrete tiles can withstand the harshest of weather conditions and . Concrete tiles are easier to lift for thieves and a common point of entry for them into houses. A roof sheet should always be one single length from one side of the roof to the other so that no rain water can leak through the joints. The most commonly used roof sheets are IBR and Corrugated roof sheets as well as the Clip Lock roof sheet system that some use. Clip Lock does exactly what the name says. All the roof sheets snap on to clips mounted from the bottom onto the roof trusses. Because you don’t use roof screws to fixed down the roof sheets you don’t puncture the roof sheets leaving zero chance for rain water to leak in.
